Roof deck is very large and private, with dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. Downstairs has a lovely raised patio with table/chairs – enjoy the sun and spectacular ocean and sunset views from both. All bedrooms have high quality beds, flatscreen TV’s and ceiling fans.Upstairs 3 BR/2.5 BA sleeps 8; one king, two queens and a queen pullout sofa. Downstairs 2 BR/2 BA sleeps 6; one king, one queen and one queen pullout sofa. Both units have two twin fold out futons ideal for young children.The two units do not connect to each other from the inside.Residence is air-conditioned, all windows are dual pane.
