Great location! This Seasons at Avon condo is a quick two-minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, which takes you to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead. Or hop on the FREE express bus to Vail, which stops next to the building. Walk to a variety of excellent restaurants in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek (the shuttle stop is in front of the building).Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony and living/dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace.The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a second full bathroom.The unit includes a washer/dryer. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage. A ski locker is provided in garage.Right next door is the Avon Rec Center, an indoor facility with a lap pool, lazy river, zero-entry kids pool, water slide, hot tub, and fitness center. Nottingham Lake is a short walk and offers ice skating in the winter; swimming, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, and free concerts in the summer; and a large playground for the kids year-round.There is no AC in the unit.
