Riding home on the Bus drops you off just a couple of blocks from the home or use Uber or Lyft to get around for about half the price of a taxi. Want to see a spectacular view of San Diego Bay? Visit the Star of India, Midway Museum and Seaport Village, all within 1.5 – 3 miles. You can also hop on the ferry and cross the bay to Coronado for a day on the island. Professional cleaning of 8 man hours is also provided in this fee. Please empty your bagged trash into the outside black and blue (for recycling) cans. Please only dispose of bagged trash in cans, and wash and put away dishes before checkout.For long term stays of 30 days or more, we require each adult occupant to pass a rental application that checks credit, and rent history. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel/alter your length of stay to 29 days or less if you or any adult in your reservation refuse or do not pass the rental application. The cost of application processing is $35 per applicant.Short term guests are encouraged to get a PO Box as we do not accept mail at this property unless a rental application has been passed first. Packages from Amazon and other stores are not affected by this.
