Steps to Dock Square & Gooch’s Beach! Pets Welcome!This freshly renovated home is located steps from the heart of Dock Square! This 3 bedroom home has enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Walk to all of the restaurants, shops and cafes in Dock Square. The beach is about 1 mile with all sidewalks. Play in the spacious yard or hangout on the welcoming deck. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a bright sunroom that walks out onto the deck. The deck is equipped with furniture, BBQ grill, and a heater! The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms. Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150 per dog, 2 dog maximum. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. 4 cars maximum. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival!Sleeping configuration:Bedroom #1 Queen bedBedroom #2 Queen bedBedroom #3 Queen bedAll bedrooms and the kitchen have AC window units.Please note that there are exterior cameras:one is on the garage, pointed towards the side door,one is on the porch pointed toward the sliderthere is a ring camera on the front door.All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and more!
