There you will find a covered sitting area, picnic tables, a swing, a paddleboat, and kayaks for your use – as well as cleats to tie up your boat.On the lower level is a 17-seat 1960s-era theater room for watching your favorite shows, movies, and gaming – all in true HD 1080p on a large 10’ projection screen. Inputs are provided, so bring your gaming console or other devices. The lower level also offers a full bath and two large bedrooms that each walk out onto private patios. There are ping-pong and air hockey tables on this level, as well as a treadmill and cardio glide.The main level of this contemporary home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven, an adjoining dining area, and a living room with a TV and plenty of windows providing wonderful views of the water. The two main-level primary suites walk out to their own decks overlooking the lake. One features an antique claw-foot tub and a standalone shower.The upper level has a game area with an assortment of books, movies, and board games, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms.
