If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself8. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.9. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour10. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.Please Note you will risk losing your deposit and additional charges if any of the house rules are broken.
