Stone Cottage is a peaceful retreat with mountains and woods just out the front door. Wildlife abounds. Deer and turkey frequently venture into the yard. Yes, a black bear can occasionally be spotted ambling along the property boundaries. No Gerton residents have ever been eaten. Family friendly. Smoke free. Sorry, no pets. Free Internet/Wi-Fi.Stone Cottage has 1400 square feet of living space. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed. Other bedroom features twin beds. Cottage has two full baths. Master bath has shower and additional bath has tub with shower. Kitchen has washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas range/oven, with dining for four. Living room has a large-screen TV, Direct TV provided, and fireplace with gas logs. Sunroom has additional dining table that seats six. New central heat and air. Perfect for family of four, or two couples. I know, twin beds in one room, but a twin bed is very cozy with two.Three vehicle parking space at cottage. Additional parking available, very short walk, in lot below cottage. Outdoor seating available to sit and enjoy the mountain views. Kitchen equipped to meet your dining and cooking needs.
