Located in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas Neptune , the apartment has been completely remodeled with a boho chic designs to offer our guests a true San Diego experience. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and a sunset happy hour in the afternoon all with a view!No gym access!!!!!!Weber BBQ on the deck area- Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: dishwasher,refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water, pots and pans, variouscooking utensils, cups, plates, and utensils- Washer and dryer- Alexa- 3 TV’s (featuring YouTube TV on each)- Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellaApt has 1000 sq ft.Note : We live in the propety the unit is completaly separate it is over our 4 car garage .Close by beaches : Stone Steps , Beacons , GrandView , MoonlightWe aloud 1 pet (dog ) No cats .In order to bring a pet you must communicate with us before so we can be aware . Your dog Must be potty trained and you are not aloud to leave your pet alone in the apartment to avoid barking and other issues …No access tô our gymNo air conditioning
