The Long Trail House is located across the street from Stratton Village, a short walk to the Base Lodge and steps from dining and shopping. With all the comforts of home, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including oven, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy your coffee at the breakfast bar or have a meal at the table and enjoy the views of Vermont. Relax on the couch or bean bag chairs and watch a movie on the 65 inch TV. For sleeping, there is a king size murphy bed and full size pull out sofa. And when it’s time to refresh, step into the professionally designed spa like bathroom showcasing herringbone pattern subway tile, quartz vanity and bidet toilet. Just off the living room is a small private deck with mountain views with dining table for 4. You can’t beat this combination of rustic modern furnishings and Stratton Mountain prime location.In the winter, warm up by the propane fireplace in the condo. In addition, the Long Trail House condo complex offers a hot tub and outdoor heated 4 season pool and ski storage.For laundry, there is 1 washer and 2 dryers located just down the hall that is shared with the floor.For common areas, check out the hearth room with comfy chairs and fireplace.This is a STUDIO Condo.Pets are NOT allowed per condo complex rules.Must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
