You are one block from Douglas and can walk to Pinellas Trail. (.25 mile) or to Edgewater Street along the water. (.50mile)Getting Around:Downtown Dunedin is approximately 1.5 miles away. The Jolley Trolly has pick up spots to catch a ride for a small fee. (Paid once)Bike rentals are available on Pinellas Trail.Dunedin Causeway is a wonderful area to spend the day or to catch the sunset and is only 6 miles from Studio.Spend the day at Clearwater Beach. 5 miles away or can take trolley to Dunedin Marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry.There is also a local Tiki Bus you can keep an eye out for and they work on tips.Other Things to Note:Quiet time is 11pm – 7amNo pets allowed. A $200 fee will be added to your stay if a pet is found on site.No smoking or vaping in the Studio. A $500 fee will be added to your stay.Please park in the space designated for Studio 2We have security cameras at the entrance to Studio 1 and 2 for guest safety and for insurance purposes. Camera is easy to spot.Please note that Studio 1 may be occupied and will share a driveway only with their designated parking. Each Studio have their own private entrance, gate and secluded patio area.Interaction with Guests:Should any problems come up, please call or text.Our cleaning and maintenance crew are close by if anything is needed.
