The studio has a full kitchen area with table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Note that the apartment is not directly on the beach and does not have a direct view to the ocean. With the front door open, there is an oblique view to the boardwalk, and the main living area side window has a distant view to the ocean. The shared patio is on the boardwalk, but not the unit itself. The unit is upstairs towards the rear of the property. The upstairs is light and bright and the window blinds may be left open as it is difficult for people to see in.PLEASE READ AND AGREE BEFORE INQUIRING: The unit is suitable for 2 adults (a couple possibly with one infant or small child – 5 years old or younger). There is no access to the patio for non-guests. Due to the small shared area of the patio available to the studio, no one can be invited to come to the patio.
