Loft has a rather low ceiling.New Hickory floors, kitchen window, blinds, and fireplace makes our condo brighter and cozier.Studio Condo with loft bedroom is located on 4 O’clock Road. The Snow Flake lift is 200 steps from the front door, and an exit from the 4 O’Clock ski run is 50 feet from the front door. Condo has a lockable ski box and its own heated garage parking.This is a studio condo, the main level is 370 square feet and the loft bedroom is 140 square feet.Queen Murphy bed on main floor, and loft bedroom with two twin beds. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Main Street Breckenridge with a variety of restaurants is 2.5 blocks away. Standard bathroom with shower/tub combo. Common laundry room downstairs with three pay washer and dryers.New 40′ flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, small movie collection.Heated community swimming pool with 3 hot tubs five minute walk from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Winter / Summer hours open until 9 PM. Pool access is closed from late September until opening ski weekend and from closing ski weekend until Memorial Day.Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O’Clock Run:Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O’Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December.Breckenridge Business License No. 383950001
