There is an elevator to the fourth floor, but you also must climb a flight of 9 steps to get to the elevator on the first floor (from the lower parking lot), plus 3 sets of 6 steps (a total of 27 steps, divided over 4 stairways) to get to our front door, because of the unique way the complex is terraced up a hillside. Once inside our condo, the only stairs are from the great room to the loft.
