There is a half bathroom, on the main floor of the house, with access to a private sauna for a truly relaxing experience.The first bedroom, on the second level of the home, features a lovely queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and a beautiful sunroom with tree views and lounge seating. Around the corner, you will see the second bedroom that has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds, and ample closet space. There is a shared full bathroom in the hall with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. On the third level of the home, the master bedroom features a deluxe king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower.A laundry room with a washer and dryer on the main floor of the house is available next to the kitchen.License Number: 0000042256Guest Access:Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 2 parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage.The Neighborhood:This lovely condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures with its amazing location a mile south of the Breckenridge historic district. You are within a 10-minute bus ride of everything that Breckenridge has to offer, with unlimited access to local shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won’t want to miss. QuickSilver Super Chair, the nearest lift from the condo, will give you unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway.Getting Around:Historic Main Street is a short 10-minute free bus ride with the Now Colorado stop on the Gray route only a 2-minute walk from the condo. The QuickSilver Super chair, a mile from the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Breckenridge. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.Other Things to Note:Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.House Rules:• No smoking• Pets are not allowed• No parties or events• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
