Our pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day, please ask this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.The villa has been fully renovated in April 2015, with brand new furnitures, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and a Xbox One!Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive. The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50″ HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top. Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32″ HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32″HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32″HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its’ queen size sofa bed.
