Two other bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, one with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper (also has a 50 inch flat screen TV plus a game console that make this a perfect spot for the kids) and one room with a queen bed. Both have lanais that open up to the grassy, palm-lined backyard. An additional full bath and a laundry room are found on this floor with washer and dryer for your use. On the first floor, you find a junior owner’s suite with a king bed, 50 inch TV, and private bath with shower.Great room: On the first floor, you enter the home to a beautiful, open great room. Bamboo floors, designer furniture, mat ceiling with ceiling fans and gigantic panel windows that open to an expansive lanai make for a perfect gathering place for family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with the equipment you need to serve up a feast, including appliances, dishware, cooking ware, coffee maker, blender, and spices. There is a 65 inch flat-screen HDTV, DVD player, and Sound Bar for your entertainment. We have books, board games, video games and DVDs for you to entertain yourself with after a full day at the beach.Lanai: The floor to ceiling glass panel doors in the living area completely disappear and open up to the spacious lanai. Sip coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy cocktails in the evening.
