These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
