The multi level back deck is perfect for grilling or having your morning coffee.You get the best of both worlds with ocean salt water beaches a few minutes away and the fresh water pond in your back yard. Take a left and you’re in Mashpee Commons, take a right and you’re in quaint downtown Falmouth Village. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket is a few minutes down the road. Your vacation can be a relaxing day at your back yard beach, or jam packed with visiting the Mashpee Children’s Museum, Wood’s Hole Oceanographic Institute or the Falmouth Bike Trail.
