Guests are responsible for observing all street signs.● Trash day is on Mondays. Trash bins are located on the right hand side of the gate when facing the home from the street.● This is a smoke free, vape free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.● Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum.● This is an upper unit of a home.
