The condo is beach-front with an oversized 10×28 balcony with room for everyone. From the moment you walk-in you’ll be awed by the upgraded features including beautiful wood plank siding, wood floors, upscale southern coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms including a custom walk-in shower.The living room features a wrap around, leather, sectional sofa and arm chair that provides ample sitting for everyone. Enjoy gazing at the beautiful gulf water or watching evening movies on the wall-mounted, large screen, TV (with soundbar), or stretching out and taking relaxing naps on the comfortable sofa.The kitchen features a stylish, farmhouse, deep white sink and stainless appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, electric range oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
