Description

This condominium is located on the 7th floor and has been completely Professionally remodeled and Designer decorated with new furnishings, appliances, linens, cookware, dinnerware and even beach accessories. We have made it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. In the morning, enjoy the view of the Gulf while reading your paper or favorite book with a great cup of coffee on the open air lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the gulf. The master and guest bathrooms have been completely remodeled with walk in shower and new fixtures. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 60″ flat screen TV. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. There is a small office space with a desk and Wifi access. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis courts.
