This is a very spacious apartment in a three-story building.After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will outline the basic house rules.Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Please note: We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, parking tickets, vandalism, and/or towing fees.Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.
