Bath and beach towels, beach chairs and robes are provided. One off street parking space is provided.This private bedroom is connected to our main residence but has its own secure entrance and your privacy is guaranteed.When you’re not out enjoying Santa Barbara life, you can relax in private garden complete with settee, table, and chairs; perfect for morning coffee and croissants or a glass of chardonnay from a local winery.The property is located in the sweet spot of Santa Barbara; a short distance above the historic Mission. You’ll be able to enjoy the calm of the neighborhood while being only a few miles from the many happenings of Santa Barbara life. In a few minutes by car, you’ll be in downtown, where you can eat, shop, visit a museum, or catch a movie or live performance. A little further and you’ll find yourself at the beach where you can swim, sunbath, or take in the sunset. If you’re here over the weekend, be sure to visit the local Arts and Crafts show along the beach. Close by there is a wonderful local non-chain a bakery called “Brioche” where you can get a cappuccino, an almond croissant, or fresh squeezed juices also visit the Handelbar Coffee Roasters for great coffee. There are also Sushi/Japanese, Mexican, Indian, Thai, Korean and Italian restaurants. In addition Trader Joe’s, Cottage Hospital and the historic Santa Barbara Mission are also close by.This setting invites you into a comfortable room filled with Santa Barbara style original artwork by esteemed local artist.Other things to note:The prices quoted include Santa Barbara’s Occupancy Tax of 12% plus $4 a day.We want to thank you for your reservation request and we are happy to invite you into our home.
