Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this home has it all.Please note that this is a carriage house. This property shares a backyard and pool with another home on the same parcel of land. Access is private, as is the entire carriage house itself. Please contact us if you wish to rent both homes together.- Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.- Luxury architectural and design elements come together to form a relaxing oasis- Indoor chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.- Shared pool and outdoor space- Private pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from Labor Day through Memorial Day.- Laundry (washer/dryer/iron)- Free Wi-Fi- All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.Guest Access:The entire carriage house is reserved for your exclusive use. Uber is a convenient and cost effective way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.Interaction with Guests:You will have complete privacy here, however, every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
