14th floor Condo w/Breathtaking Gulf views in the South Seas NW building. Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath unit privately owned condo with amazing gulf views as soon as you open the front door!!! Stunning water views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Complimentary high-speed WiFi.The condo is decorated in beach décor and comes fully equipped for all of your needs while away on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with back balcony. Master bath with walk-in shower. Condo comes with 4 beach chairs and umbrella and toys. Condo sleeps 7. We have one king bed in the master and two full beds in the guest bedroom and a pullout queen sofa in the living room. Because we are on the 14th floor, not suitable for young children.Within a 50-minute drive to the Red Sox training camp (JetBlue stadium) and Twins training camp (Hammond stadium), this is a dream location for Spring Training. South Seas of Marco Island is a wonderful gated community with beachfront condos. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a great beach for walks or looking for shells. Nearby rentals for jet skiing, windsurfing, boat docks, etc. Also perfect spot to go fishing. The condo has a heated pool and gym. Walking distance to many restaurants.There is a $100 parking fee per vehicle (fee subject to change) for the full stay. The SSNW condo association rules require a minimum stay of 1 week. Please note work will be done in the common areas mid-May to October 2024.
