The entire neighborhood sits along Sarasota Bay, where there are two kayak launches that flow directly into the Bay. You can also take a swim in the bay as many locals do, particularly by Sapphire Park, where you might find weekly yoga classes. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the famed Asolo Theater, the Sarasota Ballet, and the Ringling Museum. Also nearby is the new Bay Park and Van Wezel concert and theater venue. The area is great for biking, where you can bike to downtown, or even across the bridge to beautiful Lido Beach. Downtown is home to many restaurants, galleries, and antique shops, but coming back to the peace and tranquility of this stunning home nestled among the trees is a true vacation.
