End the day with an afternoon swim back at the shared pool, then maybe take everyone out for some fresh seafood at one of the nearby eateries.THINGS TO KNOWStarting September 5, 2023, Pointe West Resort will be conducting maintenance on the elevators. During this period, certain elevators will be unavailable for a few weeks.Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
