AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November – April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.House Rules:- ***Do not open the door to or use the upstairs balcony***- This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.- Cameras – There are 3 cameras on the property, all of which are located outside. These consist of: 1 doorbell camera on the front door; 1 camera on the front monitoring the bottom entrance; 1 floodlight camera in the backyard- *The fireplaces & chimneys do not function. Please do not attempt to use them as it will damage the home.*- No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings – **$1000 fine**- If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.- Quiet hours 10pm-8am- Must be at least 25 to book the property.- Check out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).**Please Note – There is a $30 fee for early check-in.
