Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.We also have a 10′ x 24′ boat slip rentable for $50/night.NOTE THE FOLLOWING:1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!2. We operate a “no-contact” check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $250 prior to your arrival. Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay.3.
