Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.Getting Around:A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.Other Things to Note:– Policies –• No smoking- Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $150 plus applicable taxes per pet. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance.- Must be at least 25 years old to book- Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the swimming pool.- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation.
