It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The condo has a large, furnished balcony that offers spectacular views of the beach and the city.The South Seas complex offers some of the best accommodations on Marco Island beach. There is beach access, a large heated pool, tennis (clay courts), pickle ball, boat slips (nominal rental), shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green and a fitness center. It is a large, gated grounds with nice walking paths around the grounds and the marina area. It is also a short walk to Collier Ave with some of the best restaurants within walking distance. Located on the north end of Marco beach, You are away from the Marco hotel zone and the crowds, but can easily walk south to them or go north past Tiger Tail beach and the best shelling on the island!Features:Kitchen: The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, new Samsung stainless appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, adjustable lighting and is equipped with everything you may need including a KitchenAid stand mixer.Living Room: Comfortably decorated/furnished with views down the beach.
