Please let me know ahead of time, so we can heat them and charge the fee of $350 for both or $250 for just the hot tub. If temperatures are 35° or below, we can’t heat the pool or hot tub and will gladly refund the pool and/or hot tub fee. ****Our HOA rules and good neighbor policies prohibit parties or gatherings without a permit, and the homeowner has to apply for the permit and be present at all times. The local Austin police patrol regularly. Our home is permitted for up to 8 guests. Due to Covid, the police are especially diligent about parties and gatherings. Thank you for being so understanding!***Please don’t play any music at the pool after 9 pm, and we ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors when in the pool and hot tub, even before 9 pm.
