The oceanfront patio and living room have fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets!. You can relax on the patio with a drink, watch and listen to waves and if you are lucky, see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, watch the sunset over the ocean.The Contemporary’ has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen bed. The unit has two full baths and is located on the second floor.The 120 square foot PATIO has a stunning ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The open dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second large patio (200 square foot) with a barbecue, table for 4 and sun recliner.The unit overlooks Strands Beach – just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgettable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation…You may think you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. …just bring your toothbrush.
