Our other unit in the same building VRBO 305471 has two full baths and two king beds. All have been recently renovated and are equipped with modern furniture and original art.Both downstairs units have large oceanfront patios facing North on one of the most beautiful coasts in the United States.The patio doors lead into the great room with an open kitchen and dining room. The condo has two full baths and a washer and dryer Inside the unit. It is located on the ground floor and is also accessible from the garage which makes it easy to come into the unit (especially If you are carrying suitcases, groceries or shopping bags.). There are no stairs. The unit is handicap accessible and is completely furnished with everything you need for a fabulous vacation.On thé large patio there is a table and four chairs as well as two large chairs for comfortable seating and a chaise lounge for soaking up the sun if you are so inclined. Here, you can barbecue and have dinner on a summer night or just watch the sunset or, if you are lucky, see some dolphins or whales as they migrate.The unit overlooks Strands Beach . We are just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park. We are located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. Our view is fabulous. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgetable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation.
