Summary:Have fun We’d love to host you at our 9 bedroom home located in the Encore Resort! The place is located in Kissimmee just 6 miles from Orlando’s major attractions. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located propertyNOTE: Please only reserve if you are traveling for vacation, visiting family, or a mature adult. Not ideal for groups looking to party. Encore resort water park is not available for staying guests.The Space:This amazing 9 bedroom 8 bathroom luxury home is located in the Encore Resort. We’ve created the perfect space to live the Disney dream! This home has three themed bedrooms. Live your Frozen dream, enjoy a trip to Hogwarts, or fly through the galaxy with the heroes from Star Wars.We’ve done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. The movie room was designed to enjoy great family time — bring popcorn to watch your favorite movies.All bedrooms include Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.Our stunning home has:Basketball gameAir HockeyFoosballXbox Series SPrivate pool2 Living Rooms1 Theater Room1 Dining area (seats 8 persons)Equipped Kitchen with breakfast barWasher and DryerHairdryersIron and Ironing BoardFree Internet Access WifiSheets and towels are of course provided and we also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay if needed it.**Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.This home does not allow access to the Water Park amenity inside the Encore resort.Gated community with 24-hour security guard,
