Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can’t come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews or approval from host.Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property.
