A large outdoor fireplace and gas grill compliment the outdoor areas. The kitchen comes fully outfitted with Garland commercial range, marble countertops, Miele dishwasher, etc…. and is sure to please any cook.While providing a tranquil setting for a home away from home experience, the location is centrally located between downtown (5-10 min), Montecito (15 min.) and the airport (20-25 min.). This is the quintessential Santa Barbara home, where one can easily imagine being in the south of France or on the Amalfi Coast, without the airfare!There are two king bedrooms upstairs at either end of the house with ocean views, balconies, and baths. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a double bed or can be used as a second office and part of the master suite. All bedrooms have draperies and/or Roman Shades on all windows. Detached guest quarters downstairs provides a comfortable sitting and work area, as well as queen bed and full bath.
