The many personal touches will make you feel at home in this unit and you will Love spending time relaxing on the lanai. You will enjoy gazing at the Pacific ocean in the morning and quite possibly all day.Located on the 3rd floor, in addition to the ocean view, this unit also has wonderful courtyard and pool views. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer/dryer is located just down the hall, as are the elevators. The television in this unit is a 55 inch Sony TV. New carpet installed on March 24, 2023. Also, there are many books, board games and a bocce ball set.Beach towels are available for your use at the pool area.
