The gourmet kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and brand new counter tops. Your own washer and dryer makes life a breeze while on vacation. If a rainy day comes along, don’t worry because there are TV’s in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room! There is a bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom next to the hall bath, and an oversized primary suite with a luxurious walk-in shower. The beach lies right across the street and the ocean views can be seen from your balcony in the living room and primary bedroom. 2 blocks away you can find fishing at the pier, take surf lessons, or dive into some of the beach’s freshest seafood! There is something for everyone here: couples, friends and families alike will be thrilled! 203 Ocean Pointe Villas allows 1 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
