Kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three wicker barstools and an island chopping block. Unobstructed ocean views from all areas of the living , dining, and kitchen area. A large covered deck extends the length of the condo to enjoy the cool ocean breeze while reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink. Laundry room with new washer and dryer located in closet in kitchen. All three bedrooms furnished with king beds and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a 32 inch televisionCommunity grill and a beautiful courtyard are just a few steps from the front door. A 2018 golf cart is included in rental for your use to drive to the beach or simply cruise the island!Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Pass policy. As a guest staying in our Condo, Amenity Cards can be ordered to use the restaurants, rent equipment, play golf or tennis, and use the pools. The resort charges 12.8 of your nightly stay before fees and taxes.
