Salt air, sunlight and soft sand are waiting for you just steps from the luxury ocean front condo in Falmouth Heights. Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 4 BED 2.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A two floor condo located on the second floor there is elevator access from the parking garage/beach. This unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed, a guest room with a king bed (this bedroom is in an open, lofted space, does not afford privacy and is recommend for occasional guests) and another guest room with a queen bed. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the properties private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV’s in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!3 or 4 night minimum stays depending on season. July 4th Week (6.29 to 7.6) and Race Week (8.17 to 8.24) are 1 week minimum stays, Sat. to Sat. only. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
