Walk outside and you can go for a kayak ride or fish off the dock… fishing and swimming is permitted in this spring fed private lake.This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. The eat in kitchen has both a breakfast table area and a large 6 ft island with counter stools. Great for entertaining with high end appliances. You will find everything you need and more. If you find something that you don’t have we will do our best to provide it for you.The covered patio off the lower level has comfortable seating and twinkle lights to enjoy the lake at night.The deck on the main level has a great outdoor dining table and bbq to cook while looking at the lakeThe firepit is a great place to be both chatting with family and friends while enjoying the lake.Golf cart can be added with daily feeLong term rentals also welcome
