This attractively furnished and well-equipped villa enjoys a private west facing conservation view from the patio, pool and spa affording uninterrupted and tranquil views of woodland. There is a shaded patio dining/relaxation area.For your comfort and enjoyment we have included a 55 inch Samsung LED TV and luxury leather sofas in the family room, PS3 games console with two controllers and TVs in all bedrooms with 250 cable channels. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A fully equipped air-conditioned games room is provided with table tennis, pool table and darts board. Free 50 MB wireless Internet is available throughout the villa and pool area. There is a monitored alarm system.Locally a large supermarket and restaurants can be found within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute car journey. The villa is located less than 20 minutes from Disney via the 429 toll road.This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida.
