Renew yourself in this private 1-bedroom home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain. Walk in and immediately feel treated to your own private zen-like retreat. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last!Our guesthouse has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster oven/Air Fryer, crockpot, coffee pot, Keurig and a barbecue grill available for your use. There is also a tv for streaming Netflix. The guesthouse area is private and fenced off from the main home patio and offers a firepit for a quiet evening outdoors. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last!Our guests enjoy a private drive for parking and a private entrance. The outside space is completely fenced for privacy from the main house and includes a outdoor dining table and zero gravity chairs for lounging outside.Private drive and entrance: Be sure to park on the farthest driveway, as it has been designated for guests. You may also park near the road in the parking spot if you prefer not backing out as far.Please feel free to text or email us if needed. Host lives in Sedona and very close to the property.***We have a cleaning supply shed in your section of the yard, (by the entrance gate) that may be accessed by our cleaners and/or your hosts.The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.* The Hot water heater is SMALL, so showers are best and allowing 10-15 minutes between showers will allow time for it to refill.We offer FREE Wifi! The modem is in the main home on the property and there is a Wi-Fi extender in this home (plugged into living room wall). There is not local television stations, only streaming options. We offer Netflix.Uber is available in Sedona. Public transport isn’t great, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation.Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.Steps: There are two steps on the property one is outdoors (patio blocks) and there is one step up to get into bathroom indoors.
