We have one of the premier properties on the NW Florida coast, and our guests will experience a new level of comfort and beauty, with amazing views in two directions! Recent upgrades include new TVs, mattresses on all beds, a walk-in shower, glass shower doors, patio furniture, fixtures, hardware, paint, tile and carpet, refrigerator, microwave, sofas, chairs, tables, electronics, linens, towels, kitchenware and amenities…basically we have replaced just about everything over the past 3 years! The 5th floor is also a great level, providing a birds-eye view of the beach while not being too high and far away.What about our location? Navarre Beach is among the world’s best beaches, and the Regency has more beach space (over 400 ft in total) per unit than almost any condominium on the NW coast! Expect beach crowds at other locations but not here! The Regency is also one of the most desirable buildings in Navarre due to its solid construction (you rarely hear any noise above, below, or next to your unit) and its location near the pier, water sports and restaurants. Forget the traffic and crowds in Destin and Pensacola – Navarre Beach is where experienced beach lovers go!We only rent to non-smokers only. There are a LOT of specific features to our unit, and if you think something is missing, just ask!Also, beach chair service has now been added!
