The unit comes with 1 covered parking spot with additional parking nearby.Other things to note:The historic 721 Austin building was newly remodeled with foam insulation to help with noise, however, due to the condo’s location and proximity to the night life that downtown Waco offers (restaurants, live music, and bars), the unit can sometimes be noisy at night (Thur-Sat). We have provided sound machines in each bedroom if needed. If you are noise sensitive you might consider looking for another unit outside of the downtown area.***This unit is located on the second floor and stairs are required to access the unit. No elevator on premise.***
