While this listing is only for the lower level, guests will have exclusive use of the outdoor amenities as well as the lower and upper deck (upstairs will remain unoccupied). Provided for your stay is all sorts of fun activities: kayaks and paddleboards (life jackets not provided), darts, basketball, two fire pits (one by the house and one overlooking the water), a dock for fishing or tying up a boat, lounging Adirondack chairs, and a grill for cooking out.Great location to many local attractions:20 Minutes to Downtown Radford and Radford30 Minutes to Virginia Tech20 Minutes to New River Vineyards, River Brewing Company, Pete Dye River Course20 Minutes to Claytor Lake State Park (by car)30 Minutes to Thee Draper Village/New River Trail (55 Mile Scenic Bike Trail)Important Notes- This property is at the end of a long gravel road.
