This stunning, completely furnished unit with French doors overlooks a beautiful little yard with access to a hot tub.This property includes two rental units. This unit is Suite B which is a private guest suite that is attached to the main home. However, it has its own entrance and feels secluded from the main residence.THE SPACE: Beautiful studio with king-size bed, kitchenette, dining table, television with YouTubeTV. Includes all linens, towels, utensils, small appliances, etc.GUEST ACCESS: Private entrance to suite (with keyless entry) is accessed via a fenced in, well-lit patio.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Guests will walk past Suite A to get to Suite B.Suite A has a large brick patio and Suite B has a small private patio and grass yard directly outside the suite.The patio includes a large hot tub that is shared by the occupants of both rental suites. In order to make guests comfortable, there is a hot tub sign-up board so that guests from only one suite will be using the hot tub at any given time.Suite B is a new rental (reno completed in April 2023).
