We offer high speed wi-fi throughout the home and outdoor lanai.The pool can be heated to a temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit at no additional fee. If you would like the pool heated above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, an additional $15/night fee applies. There is no charge to heat the spa! Max pool heating temperature, is 87 degrees Fahrenheit. Please let us know 48 hours prior to arrival if this is something you would like. Please note, cooler outdoor temperatures may cause the pool temperature to fluctuate. Outdoor temperatures below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the pool and spa heater is not available and discounts will not be given as we cannot control the weather. *Tampering of pool heating equipment is not allowed and will incur an additional charge for equipment maintenance.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire property except one owners closet in the master bathroom.Other things to noteOur home can accommodate up to 8.
