You will NOT need to pay any additional fees (such as resort fees, parking fees, etc.) upon arriving. Please note that the garage is very small and therefore will not be accessible for guests. This is to avoid accidental damage to both your vehicle and the property. You can park in any parking spot on the property; however, parking is limited to one car during busy seasons (please inquire about additional parking).A/C can be set to a minimum temperature of 70°F. The A/C works when windows, entrance door and lanai door are closed.
